Hello my name is Teresa and I call Alberta, home. Like most, I don many relational hats such as daughter, sister, entrepreneur, and co-creator. But the role that makes my heart sing most is, mother. Their father and I believe we have two absolutely brilliant young adults, Shane and Stacey.
Having always been engaged in the working world, even while our children were very young, I understand the commitment, effort and love it takes to do the dance of life. I’ve juggled family, work and all the extras in between including operations on our family farm. Sometimes the dance was easy and elegant, and sometimes harsh and hard while other times the only thing left to do was to laugh. Like the time our less than co-operative pig managed his way out of the pen and into my garden only to finish his trip with a refreshing cool lay down in the fill ditch. Or me lying, perched on my husbands back, holding the flashlight while he takes aim at the skunk in the culvert, BANG, SCREAM, LAUGH (no fear of falling down from laughing because we were already on the ground). While our children were of school age, I volunteered many hours and years on the Home and School Executive, and Lethbridge Minor Softball Association. Life has never been without challenges and opportunities for growth but looking back, life to date has been lived according to the choices I made. I attribute my success as a business owner today to this experience and the learning inherent with going through it all. From my vantage point here today, I wouldn’t change a thing.

During my corporate career, spanning over 25 years, I worked with people to create strategies for their financial success. Now, in taking this to the next level, I support people to create abundance in all aspects of their lives. It was through my many years of commitment to serve others and the thirst to find a way to support them on an even deeper more meaningful way that led me to professional Coaching. I now hold a Certified Erickson Professional Coach designation; Level 2 Facilitator of Leading From Your Strengths®; and Psychosomatic Therapy – Facial Analysis. I use life skills of experience, professional training, tools and a high level of intuition, to work with service professionals and teams to empower them to live their own potential.

As director of Virtuosity Coaching Inc I support service professionals and teams to design ways and strategies to put their passions and strengths to work for them. My clients are creative, high energy professionals who know what they want in life and for life and understand they can’t do it alone. They are committed to action-oriented results and are willing to try on new ideas and ways of looking at things.
The Coaching by DESIGN platform is used throughout all the coaching programs offered through Virtuosity Coaching Inc. (learn more about DESIGN here) My clients discover their inherent potential to transform not only their professional lives but, and perhaps more importantly, their personal lives. Through our work together, my clients get in control of their lives; find renewed confidence; reach a new level of emotional freedom so that they create an effective agenda for their aims. They relax more making if possible to enjoy and celebrate the journey.
I absolutely love my work. I am as deeply committed to my clients’ vision, as I am my own. Coaching is my passion, my purpose. The future holds many exciting things and as I head into the second half of my life I like to say, “The first 50 years I have been in training, the next are for living fully”.
