Working with Teresa I was able to more clearly define the direction my company was going. Before I entered into a coaching relationship, I was unclear about what my top three priorities were and what I could do about them. What I go out to my coaching was the ability to break each goal into doable steps of what I could create and realize that my internal language was a key in making these a realization. Where I see myself going from here is continuing to set smaller goals that lead into a bigger goal and that I am a Creator and Manifester in my life. I have examples of what I have done during the coaching and this gives me the courage and faith to keep moving ahead toward my dreams. Prior to the coaching sessions, I had an unhealthy balance between my professional and personal life. When at work, I felt I had do be everywhere, supervise everything. When not at work, I obsessed about what needed to be done , what didn't get done , etc. If I continued on this path, I was headed for burn-out! The coaching sessions helped me picture the life I truly wanted to be living. I also reaffirmed how important my active participation is in this process is in order to have a successful outcome. I now feel that my professional life doesn't own me! Overall, I am a happier more content person.
