I really love to work with teams. Each member of the group is important and special. I assist the group to understand each other and themselves. This allows for more meaningful communication, richer understanding of why people do what they do, and smoother identification of roles and yes sometimes transitions into other roles.
Understanding how you communicate and how the other person is receiving the information is critical. Add to this an awareness of the emotional responsiveness of both parties and we begin to clear the way for a heightened experience for all and financial rewards for the organization.
